DDA Speak Out – John McKinney – Nathan Will Restore Fairness

John McKinney is a Deputy D.A. for Los Angeles County who wants Nathan Hochman to replace our current failed LA County District Attorney George Gascon.

John knows the importance of electing Nathan Hochman, who has 34 years of experience as BOTH a prosecutor and a defense attorney, as our next LA County District Attorney. Incredibly, D.A. Gascon has never personally prosecuted or defended a single criminal case in court.

DDA McKinney explains his endorsement for our next LA County District Attorney, “Nathan Hochman promises to restore balance to the system with a proportional and just approach. His dedication to fairness and accountability will reignite the flame of justice in L.A. County.”

George “Gaslight” Gascon has presided over a disastrous record of public safety where violent crimes, property crimes, hate crimes and fentanyl murders have increased since Gascon took office. Yet Gascon continues to gaslight the public with misleading data and outright lies as to his failed leadership. Gascon’s favorite deceptive trick is to quote Los Angeles the city crime statistics as if they were LA County, which is 88 cities (not one). Don’t be fooled, listen to John: “D.A. Gascon’s failed policies favor criminals over victims and neglect the heart of our community.”

LA County’s District Attorney office has a backlog of over 10,000 unfiled cases. How many thousands of other crimes are not even reported because the public believes they will never receive justice from Gascon?

DDA McKinney is not alone. The Association of Deputy District Attorneys for Los Angeles, a union representing line prosecutors, said 97.9 percent of its members had voted to back an effort to oust Gascon from office. The D.A.’s office is short over 200 prosecutors, the morale is at an all-time low and George Gascon’s failed social experiment policies have been challenged as unethical and illegal.
